hi, i am away at shows every saturday, but sunday i am home, the next sunday i am at a show, and sat is out as i am too busy. i do have many shows coming up at werribee very soon, this is much closer to at least meet you and your parents, they might like that first as it would be much closer for them with their busy work schedule. regards trudy

i am near castlemaine- maldon, the tourist town. how would you get up here? are your parents involved in your interest of horses? what are their interests, as this area has so much to offer? they might enjoy a trip up, do some looking around and leave you here for the day. i may be doing a show this weekend at daylesford on saturday

hi rachie, i see you live in vic, you would be welcome to come to our stud in central vic, if you like. we breed 5 different breeds, all foals handled from day one, so no kick or bite in any of them, or the sires dams ect. also have show horses and beautiful state forest to ride in. you are welcome to spend some time and see what is involved, get experience, and have some hands on handling and safety/discipline of your horse/s here with us. we also have pet kangaroo, birds, reptile enclosure -outdoor natural for injured lizards-no snakes! we are a friendly, animal loving property on the tourist route in central vic. we are not open to the public, but when i read this from you, i remembered many, many years ago, when i first wanted a horse, and no family background in this area, left us very open to some not very trusty sales of horses. regards t

JUST BE CAREFUL WITH T/B AS THAY CAN BE TOEY IF THAY HAVE BEEN TRACKED MY BAY/BLACK MARE WAS UNTRACKED BUT GOT TOEY WHEN SHE HEATED UP IF YOU GO T/B I RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A COOL & CLAM FEED AS IT HELPS I DID BUT NOT ALL THE TIME AS I COMPETED ALOT ON HER & JUST SOMETIMES JTHAT TOEYNESS CAME IN HANDY CHEERS FIN

Hi aging Rachie well it dosent matter wat breed you get or if you like a paffic breed than try 2 find that breed. My self I have owned from sheltland ponys 2 T/B 2 BRUMBYS but my all time fav is the PAINT which I paid $3000 4 at the age of 5mths untouched cause he was the breed which I was after my boy carries USA blood lines thats y he cost me so much & he is worth it.You can get info on most web sights but sometimes you just dont get wat you need I will look up some sighs for you & let you wat 1s can help you out. If you feel safe on a 16hh horse than go 4 1 that size & yes you do get some good horses for under $1000 wat I do & recermend is that if u r interested in a horse c if u can have it on trile 4 a week than u get a feel of that horse and wats it like away from were its use 2 & you will find if who ever owns it if thay r true 2 their word that the horse is gr8 thay general say yes but if thay say no than just b on ALERT hope that helps abit talk again soon Rachie cheers fin
